2.What size should I order?
Please according our size guide to choose your suitable size. Size may be 2cm/1 inch inaccuracy due to hand measure. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend you to order bigger sizes if you have wide feet.

1.How do I use a coupon?
In your shopping cart, before shipping information, you will see an option to enter your promotional code.

Here you can type in your coupon code.
Once you click APPLY your discount will be subtracted from your subtotal.
Trying to use two promo codes? Sadly it's only possible to use one coupon at a time....

2.What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payments made through PayPal.

3.What should I do if my payment is refused?
If your credit or debit card has been refused, you can try resubmitting your order, or using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
4.Can I change my order?
Please contact us at first time if you want to change the shoes attributes or your personal information. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
5.Can I cancel my order?
After your order was placed after 24 hours/item has been processed/ shipped, it cannot be canceled.
